Product Return/Refund Policy

Have a question about your order or product? Please contact us at info@rentacoop.com or 1-800-642-3571 with your order number and details. We use our products here on our farm and know their capabilities best. We can help provide support, solutions, suggestions, and more!

Product Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened, unused products* within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate a return, as we may be able to provide a prepaid shipping label for certain items. Items with electronic components, opened items, or items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and Gift Cards will not be refunded.

Exchanges: Please contact us with your order number, shipping address, and details at info@rentacoop.com for any exchanges. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and can only be made within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, exchanges may be subject to a 15% stocking fee. We will evaluate each case and help with solutions or support.  

If you are experiencing a problem with your product, please let us know! We offer support for the lifetime of your product and are always happy to look closely into specific situations. 

Return Policy for Amazon orders: Amazon orders must be returned through Amazon within 30 days. Please go to “Returns and Orders” in your Amazon account to start that process.

*Perishable goods, such as the hemp bedding, feed, and treats cannot be returned.
